1. Check Out Your Roof:
Even if you haven’t noticed any leaks during the winter, take some time to walk around your house and check out your roof. Winters can be brutal on roofs and simply giving your roof a quick look over can help you notice any new damage or issues that need to be addressed. Keep an eye out for missing or damaged shingles, algae buildup, or new moss growth. If you notice that something is off, reach out to a professional for further advice.
2. Gutter Cleaning:
Cleaning gutters aren’t just for the fall season. Make sure going into the summer that your gutters are cleaned out!
3. Inspect Your Deck:

4. Run Outside Faucets:

The spring is the perfect time to make sure your windows and doors don’t have any cracks or openings that have been created during the winter. It is also a great time to clean your windows so they are looking clear for the summer!
