A second-generation contractor and Eagle Scout, Aaron founded Pro Exteriors in 2005. With 25+ years of experience, he combines technical expertise with a passion for helping families. When not transforming homes, the Milton local spends time with his wife, Mary, and their four sons or volunteering in the community.

A Sussex County native, Josh is the ultimate team player at Pro Exteriors. He brings local pride and a collaborative spirit to every project, ensuring things run smoothly for our homeowners. Outside of work, Josh stays busy enjoying life and making memories with his wife and children.

With 14+ years of industry experience, Brad joined Pro Exteriors in 2020. Known for his blunt honesty and “fix it once” problem-solving, he treats every homeowner like family. A Seattle native and Orioles fan, Brad lives with his wife, Anita, their older son, and their seven beloved cats.

The heart of our office, Tabi brings 17 years of partnership with her husband and a college soccer player’s drive to the team. A lifelong church and youth camp volunteer, she balances our books and serves clients with the same care she uses directing camp drama productions. Fun Fact: Tabi is a pianist, singer, and a well-known penguin enthusiast!

A Pennsylvania native, Mike has been honing his craft since he was 15 years old. With decades of hands-on carpentry experience, he brings a lifetime of technical skill and precision to the Pro Exteriors team. Mike’s deep-rooted passion for woodworking ensures every project is built to last with expert craftsmanship.

Cole is originally from the Baltimore, MD area (Let’s go O’s and Ravens!), but now resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife, his two kiddos and three pups. Cole loves serving in the band at his church, and spending time with his family. Even though Cole isn’t physically here in Delaware, he loves the Delmarva area, and enjoys serving our community.

Howdy! I’m Kara and I am the Marketing Assistant here at Pro Exteriors! Born and raised here in Sussex County, I know these back roads like the back of my hand! You can expect to find me at the office or at active jobsites taking some sweet pictures and videos of our team.

Roofus lives for all things Pro Exteriors! As our most loyal team member, he’s always on-site to boost morale and celebrate every transformation. And despite what you might think, he wasn’t actually modeled after our founder, Aaron—though the resemblance in their shared passion for great roofs is uncanny!
