Our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Empire warrants all workmanship for the lifetime of the installation, once inspected and approved by the Client and/or end Customer. This warranty only applies to the labor (product warranties are not inclusive). The warranty will be null and void if it is determined that a repair is required due to negligence, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of the Client and/or end Customer, acts of God, or performance of work at the site by a party other than Empire.

Our Service Commitment

  • If the Client is not totally satisfied with the work or product delivered by Empire and the deficiency is within reasonable and direct control of Empire and a part of the contract, Empire will return to the subject work site, arriving within a reasonable timeframe to remediate deficiencies specified in writing to the Client’s full satisfaction at no additional cost to the Client.

  • All workmanship is 100% guaranteed for the lifetime of the installation, once completed, inspected and approved by the Client and/or end Customer. This warranty applies to the labor component only. Applicable product warranties are passed through from third party when product is purchased from Empire. The warranty will be null and void if failure is due to negligience, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of the Client and/or end Customer, acts of God, or work is performed on subject system by a party other than Empire.

  • Empire will at all times maintain open communication with the Client. Calls, emails, and/or other forms of communication will be received and returned in a reasonable amount of time. A response will be received within 24-48 hours from initial contact. All warranty requests, once received, will be discussed before appropriate action is taken. Empire will apply necessary labor to remedy the warranty item in a reasonable timeframe. Seasonal availability may affect the timeframe depending on seriousness of warranty item.

The fine print

Warranty is only valid on jobs which a completed contract has been signed and payment in full has been received by Empire. Warranty is only transferrable with explicit permission of Empire on a per contract basis. Empire must be contacted by the original contract holder prior to transfer of the property to check eligibility of transfer. Furthermore, this webpage does not suffice as proof of actual issued warranty. Warranty must be issued by representative of Empire Construction Group LLC to the customer.
